Okay, so the smallest girl (Madeline Fogg) appears in this special, wearing a checkered leotard... maybe. There's also once in the first season, one wearing dress and leggings in "Madeline and the Mean, Nasty, Horrible Hats".

Well, there is two characters (Brian and Kelly) disappeared and they never, ever return in season 2. There's only one who's black-haired taking pictures, appeared as background in "The Big Dig" and "Wipeout"
