I was thinking, some of minor characters had took for World of Timmy, who's created by Timmy. For example, a supporting character who's one of Johnny Cool's invited guests in "Ace Up His Sleeve" named as Stella, and a woman being a background character named as Betty. Following to the original, Greeny Phatom, what a rip-off!
