I think I had with my memory. This is the cartoon have a little swimsuit scenes with Dee Dee, the crazy sister of a boy genius. These swimsuits appear in three episodes are "Way of the Dee Dee", "Better Off Wet" (with Lee Lee and Mee Mee), "Sun, Surf, and Science"

Also, Dee Dee has some other swimsuits scenes appears in comics. They have Dexter's Laboratory #2, Dexter's Laboratory #22, Dexter's Laboratory #36, and Cartoon Network Block Party #7.
