I can't believe I found another random obscure that it was a lost media content. There's only three episodes found on the internet. One of them presenting Stefania in love with a man on the beach called "Stefi s'innamora"
UPDATE 09/30/2026: Okay, it seems Stefi appears wearing the same already in the beginning of "L'oro del Kaiser".
