That seems familiar with American Dragon: Jake Long. I was the only thing I remember Juniper "June" Kim Lee at the first one on Cartoon Network Arabic back in 2011.
Like with American Dragon (who don't have any girl swimsuits unlike that), it wasn't my favorite at all. :(
