Oh yeah. Betsy. She's the only character appear in swimsuit. None of others Sarah, Maria and Molly don't appear. Only once in "Team Player" and "All Washed Up". So the sport-obsessed Sarah appears differently for Betsy's fantasy in "Visit from The Doctor" But Betsy's the only one did.
