Cow & Chicken, I Am Weasel
There has no swimsuit scenes in both cartoons, which take place in the same universe. Here's the onty thing I've seen was from the comic Cartoon Cartoons #31. It's on the first page of the title called "The Long, Long Trip Home". So, whatever.
